Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Land Manager for a housebuilder covering Surrey and the surrounding counties.
The role will be to source appropriate sites to buy that meets the Company’s criteria. They have a well-established network and supply of potential sites, so the role is more to process these and appraise them rather than to find off-market sites and to introduce new agents. A RICS or Quantity Surveying qualification would be well-suited to the analytical side of the role.
You will ideally be a Land Manager with a residential developer and ready to move to a company that allows you to look at large projects, and has the budget and appetite to support buying them. You will be keen to network and work with existing and new contacts to bring land to the business.
