Caralex Recruitment Limited has been asked to recruit a Construction Quality Control Inspector for a leading residential construction business with projects in Berkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out quality and compliance inspections across multiple housing developments, ensuring all homes are built in accordance with current building regulations, warranty requirements and company quality standards.
Key duties include conducting site audits, producing detailed inspection reports, identifying non-compliant work, monitoring subcontractor and site management performance, assessing material quality, and providing guidance to construction, technical, commercial and buying teams to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of regulatory and warranty standards, previous experience within the housebuilding industry, relevant construction qualifications such as HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence.
